If you are NOT a rocker or NOT a metalhead …easy man … SKIP this article!!!! …. Just mark your calendar On February 22, 2008 to attend the most spectacular metal concert this year …. HELLISH ROCK 07/08 with HELLOWEEN as headliner. 100% guaranteed, you will be converted into metal head with metal blood and you will have full of joy and happiness for the rest of your life man!
Otherwise … you must have been a rocker with a metal blood and visionary mind … for sure. And I do NOT need to urge you to mark your calendar on February 22, 2008 event because the event has already “ingrained into your sub-conscious mind” which automatically brings you forward to Tennis Indoor at 7 PM; regardless:
- heavy rains and storms
- your girlfriend is having a birthday (next year will be another birthday, right?)
- your boyfriend does not want to go because he has not been “metal educated” yet (pity him!); and there will be many boys in the concert which have better attitudes – because they are metalheads who coul potentially be your “new” boyfriend
- the payday has not due yet, because as metalhead you must have planned the Helloween concert well ahead of time
- you are totally broke but a ticket already with you – you just need to take a free ride by truck transporting goods from Klaten to Jakarta – that’s easy man ….
- you have NOT got a copy of new Helloween album “Gambling with the Devil” – worry NOT! because there will be legendary tracks like “Power”, “I Want Out”, “Future World” etc. that would be played …
- you have not got metal dress for the show .. worry NOT! there will be “official” (but affordable price!) T-shirts that would be sold at the venue. You may want to walk to the venue “sarungan” and then put it off with NEW T-shirt man!!!
- your mom does not want you to go due to Bandung’s tragedy – recently. Worry not! there will be ample security guards with a tattoed metal heart which ensures that they will help the crowd peacefully … not through sarcasm or rude behaviors because all of them have gone through Metal University man ….
- you are not feeling well physically … worry NOT! Just drink “Tolak Angin” and the wind will blow away ..!! (read: “buablas angine!”) .
In a nut shell .. pokoke … metalheads deliver NO EXCUSES!!! Once you have been tattoed with metal heart, you must GO whatever it takes!!! Other wise jan GMB tenan jal!! (GMB = gak metal blas – red.)
What about if you are just a pure PROGhead? Come on man … be open mind a bit …!! There have been many bands doing progressive acts in metal vein … And .. there will be at least two Helloween songs which are totally prog to the bone! Guaranteed!
